We were extremely satisfied with the customer service and assistance we received with Elite Mobile!! They ordered a new screen for the phone we were having issues with, but unfortunately, the phone could not be repaired, as the motherboard was damaged. We were not charged for the diagnostics and were refunded for the deposit on the screen. The staff assisted us in figuring out another phone solution. They were very courteous and patient, and we would highly recommend Elite Mobile for phone repair!

I dropped my phone at 6:50. I called Jackson immediately and asked if he could stay open a little late to repair my phone. He checked to ensure they had my screen in stock and said he would wait. We got there at 7:06. He was gracious and had my phone repaired and returned to me by 7:20. I apologized for making him work late and thanked him several times. Super helpful! Quick, easy, and reasonable pricing to help with my faulty charging port.

I went to Elite Mobile to fix my Iphone’s charging port and get a battery change and Edis helped us quickly. He did some checking with my charging port and shared that the port was just dirty, and not broken. He cleaned it out for free, and also cleaned out my speaker ports as well. The battery change took less than 45 minutes. Edis was very nice and was very communicative throughout the entire process. I am happy with the service and will be back in the future.

I fixed my iPhone twice (once changed the battery, other time it wasn't turning on) with Elite Mobile at Crossroads Mall, and there is absolutely nothing I can complain about. They fix it really fast (you can just have a cup of coffee in the mall and then come back), and it is very affordable. Also, nice people, and a very good customer service - they offer 90 day guarantee on their repairs, and they are open until 9pm, which really helps if you are busy at work at daytime. Highly recommend this place.
